Hamakua Marsh Needs Our Help – Many local Residents and Groups over the last few years have worked to restore the status of Hamakua Marsh. Thanks to those efforts the area is now an internationally recognized State protected wetland. The stage is set for concerned Kailuans to roll up our sleeves.

This clean up has been postponed until after summer due to vulnerable bird hatchings along the stream. The event will be reorganized and rescheduled from June 2nd to a date later this year. … Stay tuned.
